2014 Innovator Under 35

Rand Hindi is an entrepreneur, bioinformatician and algorithm architect. He is the founder and CEO of Snips. He started coding at age 10, founded his first startup at 14 and created a Web development agency at 15 before starting to work toward a Ph.D. at 21. He has been named one of MIT Technology Review's Innovators Under 35 in France and a World Economic Forum Global Shaper. He was the founding ambassador of the Sandbox network in Paris. He received a bachelor's degree in computer science and a Ph.D. in bioinformatics from University College London (UCL), as well as graduate degrees from Singularity University and the Netherlands-based THNK.
